Many people participate in “yoyo exercise” in which they’ll workout for brief periods of time and once the temporary results are achieved, they will stop.
What’s great about exercise is even simple tasks like cleaning the house or doing yard work can serve as a simple workout. Playing ball with the kids or any outdoor activities that requires a elevated/extended heart rate is considered healthy activity.
The benefit of working out is to increase mobility, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and decrease the chance of disease. There isn’t a specific time frame of how long to work out for, however, it should be made it a daily habit!
Being healthy means taking responsibility of your body through disciplinary action by working out and eating the right types of foods.
What you consume on a daily basis directly contributes to your physical health and longevity. Being fit enables you to have more physical strength in addition to increased energy levels that can be utilized as an outlet for stress.
