I am a a top fitness authority, head trainer, and founder at Push Personal Fitness. My fitness expertise spans from competitive athletics (gymnastics, powerlifting, and tennis) to gymnastics coaching, personal training, distance running, olympic lifting, and just general gym-going.

I live to workout—I love it, and there’s only one thing I love equally: motivating people to make positive changes in their lives. I try to teach every client how to enjoy the most valuable part of their day.

 Hello, my name is Chris Fernandez and I’m one of the Bay Area`s premier personal trainers and nutrition experts.

For over 20 years, I`ve been helping everyone from professional athletes like 5-Time All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki of the Toronto Blue Jays, to busy tech professionals and CEO`s, to stay-at-home-moms, get in the best shape of their lives.

I`ve been featured in local and national media and I`m driven by my passion to help clients achieve more than they ever have before using a proven, comprehensive training process that transcends traditional fitness programs.

In order to accomplish this, we`ll use my 3-step process of mental, physical and nutritional refinement that will create radical shifts in your health, your body and your life.

Training with me isn’t for everyone.

Rather, my training is designed for those that want to completely raise their standards for what personal training should be and get results they’ve never gotten before, while looking for unique and unforgettable experiences that will challenge them.

If you are browsing in and would like free consulting to find the appropriate trainer for you, please use our contact form. Sunnyvale Health and Fitness facilitates a quality staff of coaches. All trainers are required to meet professional criteria:

If you are a certified personal trainer, we encourage you to inquire! Sunnyvale Health and Fitness is currently offering a transitional discount to eligible contractors that wish to move business to our facility.
  • Monthly Contractor Fees
  • $650 Full time service up to 200 sessions per month.
  • $400 Part time per month. Subject to limitations.
PAID INTERNSHIPS
Currently SVHF has a special intern program for entry level coaches! Work a minimum of 10 hours per week, get paid up to $25 per hour, 3 month term. Earn bonuses as you accumulate and train client sessions! Ask about the personal training internship with Web Wizzy!
