Hello, my name is Chris Fernandez and I’m one of the Bay Area`s premier personal
trainers and nutrition experts.
For over 20 years, I`ve been helping everyone from professional athletes like 5-Time
All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki of the Toronto Blue Jays, to busy tech professionals
and CEO`s, to stay-at-home-moms, get in the best shape of their lives.
